Doug Riddle's Solution to the multiple requests for Bob's Iceberg picture.

Bob's Iceberg picture

The above picture is a composite. It is someone showing you what you cannot actually see, but know is there. What a concept. I love what the mind and some tools can do!

Much like Libranet's GNU/Linux system, as beautiful as it is, the true beauty and wonderful art is all beneath the surface. What a wonder nature is. What a mystery it is that we are able to observe it, and understand that what we see is beautiful. Every time I look at nature, I am completely blown away. Is there anything as beautiful as a dew clad spiderweb in the dawn? Perilous and fair! Nature; God's art. Wow!

Quoting from http://www.athropolis.com/news/berg-pic.htm "In fact, the picture is not real. It is a digital composite by Ralph Clevenger, a nature and underwater photographer who finds the stories circulating about his "impossible" picture amusing."
